Horse and Jockey Metallic Garland

This product can be used to decorate in a number of applications.  We make each of the colorful mylar horse and jockeys 1 1/2" roughly the size of a half-dollar and attach to a flexible, but durable wire wrapped in the same multi-color Mylar.
